Return policy

For consumable products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of consumable products.

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@seennutrition.com with your name and order information.

  • If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warning: Do NOT consume damaged food products. It is crucial to exercise caution and refrain from eating any food items that show signs of damage, such as packaging leaks, bulging, dents, or an off-putting odor. Consuming damaged food products can pose serious health hazards, including foodborne illnesses.
