I’m lactose intolerant, can I eat Seen’s Calcium Chew Complete?

Short answer? Yes! Read below for more information.

Our Calcium Chew does contain trace amounts of lactose from our real milk ingredients. However, each chew contains less than 1/4 of a gram of lactose (0.216 g to be precise).  Generally, lactose-intolerant people can tolerate up to 12 g of lactose in one sitting, or about 25x the amount in one Calcium Chew.  Given these numbers, we feel comfortable advising lactose-intolerant people that they will not feel any side effects from our chews.

In fact, this very concern of lactose intolerance was one of the key reasons our co-founder, Dr. Han created this chew.  Being lactose intolerant herself, she wanted to get calcium from milk without the concerns of lactose.

So, if you’re lactose intolerant but would like to get the benefits of milk, try our Calcium Chew Complete.
